Jingdezhen

China has long been famous as the home of porcelain (“chinaware”) and Jingdezhen is known as the “Porcelain Capital”, producing much of the famous Ming blue-and-white, and Qing imperial multi-colored ware. Our tour includes visits to kilns and workshops where artisans handcraft porcelain using traditional methods.
